At DESC Computers, we want to provide a service that is hard to find elsewhere. We want to be able to help you the client in a way that is noninvasive to you as possible. We believe that sometime just logging into your system, we can fix your problems quickly and easily without taking major time out of your day or night. Internet access is a MUST!
We control your computer remotely via the internet, as if we were sitting right in front of them. We talk through problems that you may be having and we either fix the problem, or tell you how to do something that may have been troubling you.
For example: You can’t get your emails working. You have done everything that YOU can think of and you are pulling your hair out not knowing what is wrong. Contact DESC Computers, we send you a link or tell you where to download the support application and in we login to your machine. We can do all of this whilst talking with you and explaining every step of the way what we are doing and why we are doing it and 9/10 times – fix your problem.
We use TeamViewerQS (this is a safe downloadable zip file ) to assist you with something you are working on and you can’t get your program to do just what you want. We can remote in and assist you with this area and show you how or maybe even an easier way to do what you are doing.
One of our offers is a $50 quick remote login to inspect your PC (a bit like a spring clean, only remotely) and look for things that might have installed themselves on your computer randomly (spyware/malware), check that all updates are done that need to be done. Make sure you have the latest of programs that you require to make the computer safe and generally do a maintenance check. This takes approximately 30 minutes and you don’t even need to stay in front of your computer – leave it to us to do all the work. EASY!
HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK ?
Once you have downloaded the file – TeamViewerQS (click this link) it will download to your computer – most likely your Downloads folder. Open the folder/zip file. Double click “TeamViewerQS.exe” You will then see image below. We will be on the phone to assist you all the way. We will then ask you for “Your ID” – this number will not change each time you use the program. We will then ask you for your “Password” that the program has created. This changes every time your computer restarts.
We are away …. and ready to work. You can watch everything that we do or just simply walk away and let us do the job!
